Asphalt Replacement

There are times that your driveway or parking lot are far too gone for repair. We can cut and rip out the bad asphalt and replace the proper base to the correct standards. Then we apply the recommended amount of asphalt giving a new finish. Each step of the process will be expalined. Communication is important to obtain your expectations. We are committed to quality.

Asphalt Resurfacing

This is where Asphalt & More applies a overlay of asphalt over your existing surface to give you the new parking experience. Before this is done the potholes need to be repaired properly. We do not want to see the same problem that was covered up to reappear shortly after the resurface was done. We strive and are committed to give you the best qualty and lasting surface.

Chipseal / Chip Seal

Chipseal is a pavement surface treatment that combines one or more layer(s) of asphalt with one or more layer(s) of fine aggregate. Why chip seal?

1.To keep water from penetrating the road structure on paved surfaces.

2. To fill and seal cracks and raveled surfaces of old pavement.

3. To seal the pavement surface-minimizing the effects of aging. 4. The cost of chip seals is 15%-20% of the cost of pavement overlays.

Crack Filling

Gravel / Base

Whether you need gravel for a road, parking or a base we can get the proper size and type of gravel you need to you and spread out for your job requirements.

Line Striping

At Asphalt & More we look at line striping and pavement markings as an art. You have to be able to draw a staright line and imagine the final layout. This is the first impression people see when coming to your esatblishment. Line markings should aid and not distract your customer.

We have the ability to mark small parking lots to extensive parking lots. Our equipment can handle it. If your road needs approved DOT reflective beads, we have that ability. We also lay preformed thermoplastic.
